With founding member Infernus at the helm, they've built a legacy of relentless, cold-blooded extremity that commands respect from metal fans worldwide.

From the primitive fury of Pentagram (1994) and Antichrist (1996) to the more polished assault of Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam (2006) and Instinctus Bestialis (2015), their discography spans over three decades of Norwegian black metal history. Associated vocalists Gaahl and King ov Hell only added to their notoriety and cultural weight in the extreme metal world.
