The Range Rover Velar was launched in 2017 as a design-led luxury SUV positioned between the Evoque and Range Rover Sport, winning the 2018 World Car Design of the Year award for its flush exterior, retractable door handles and dual-touchscreen InControl interior. The Velar is available with Ingenium petrol engines across the P250, P300, P380 and P400 MHEV variants, alongside D180, D240 and D300 diesel options — with higher-spec models running Brembo brake hardware that responds exceptionally well to caliper personalisation. The Velar P300 and P400 in R-Dynamic and HSE specification are the most commonly uprated for caliper detailing, typically in white, black or Calypso Red to complement the exterior colour.
